Terre des hommes (uk)

Kenya

Fleeing from the conflict in Somalia, hundreds of children find themselves separated from their families in the Dadaab refugee camps. Around 200,000 people live in the Korogocho slum in a 1,5 km2 space on the outskirts of Nairobi, of which 40% are children. Terre des hommes protects children from exploitation, violence and abuse. Our teams also work alongside government health staff in the Garissa district to alleviate the effects of malnutrition in children.
